Bidra med feedbackSo yummy. mozzarella sticks were awesome. Pizza' were very good (we really liked the dough) Call ahead to see when they are open, Apple Maps and Yelp weren't accurate. They were open even though these apps said they were not...
Franks is the most convenient and easy place to get a family pizza in a 20 mile area. Nothing better on a weekend then calling ahead and picking up Franks pizza for when you first arrive at Sunday River. In case you didn't know Franks line was in the Olympics. Nice people great pizza..
I am writing this purely from my drinking experience. Stopped in for a late night dirty martini after going out for a drink at the Matterhorn. Friends of ours own a condo in this building and they hadn 't tried this spot since the previous restaurant, a Mexican place closed. It was about 10pm and they were closing. The bartender said she would be more than happy to pour us a drink. She was very friendly. There maybe 5 other people seated at the bar. Myself and my friend ordered our dirty martinis. As she began to make them, she kept pouring them out. She then told us there was a fruit fly in the Tito 's vodka, not just a fruit fly, so many that she advised us to pick another vodka. Absolute it was. At this point she had run out of olive juice, so the martinis became mostly vodka. She then commented that she needed to strain the booze! Strain the bugs out of your booze?... Thumbs down. If that is your practice, don 't tell the customers. At least hide it. Nasty. I got my martini. And guess what. There were still bugs in it. Two more flies had found their way into my booze filled martini glass. I 'm no snob. I get fruit flies at home. It happens. But, I 've also worked at bars and I know that if you put caps on your booze bottles, this doesn 't happen. I also know places that have had major health code violations for this exact issue. Along with that, our martinis were also almost 10$ each. Maybe the flies cost extra? The bartender then told us about a Bloody Mary bar during Sunday brunch. Great idea, but, I think I will skip this place for that. I love Bloody Mary 's and I don 't want those extra pieces of pepper to actually be flies. It 's a lot harder to discern the two things when you get into a mixed drink situation. I have no idea what the food experience here is, but if their liquor bottle cleanliness is any indicator, I will probably steer clear. I would go back for a beer if I was visiting my friends. Hey, it 's a bar down the hall from where I 'm sleeping! But, I would most likely not return for anything else.
The best thing on the menu were the chicken fingers and even those were at best mediocre. You'd be better served to eat snow.
Had a delicious meatball sub here last night. Also a glass of the Cabernet Sauvignon. The service was so friendly and warm. Nothing beats being able to walk upstairs and have a nice dinner in a cozy, family place.
