Do NOT go to this KFC. When we walked in. There was no one in line. We waited 5-10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. The guy working the drive thru was working the counter too. He rushed through my order and I waited another 10-15 minutes. When we gothome, we realized they didn?t give us the extra crispy. The chicken was soggy. The large Mac and cheese was not even half full.The corn looked like they just dumped it from the can. And the biscuits were raw inside. The food was actually gross. I agreewith others that the inside isn?t cleaned and most people working there, which only seemed like 4-5 were confused as to whattheir jobs were. A year ago, this place was so much better.. I don?t know what happened but I won?t be back.

Employee told me to move along because she 's working for speed literally 2 seconds after handing me my food. No one was behind me! Didnt even give my receipt. I parked and walked in to see a nearly empty store and told her exactly what I thought about herNASTY attitude. AND SHE CURSED ME AS I WAS LEAVING! Pretty sure she was the manager.

First of all, there was no one at the counter, and I had to wait at least 10 minutes before the lady acknowledged my presence because she was busy on her phone. While I waited, I couldn't help but notice how filthy the restaurant was—just truly disgusting. After I finally placed my order, she began to prepare it. I then saw her take the chicken from the bucket with her bare hands and replace it with a different piece. At that point, I was so grossed out that I decided to leave. Throughout this time, she never stopped talking on the phone. Do I really need to tell you not to go there? This place is just sad.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. A few months ago, I was really disappointed with both the service and the food, and I promised myself I wouldn’t return. However, I decided to give it another chance today. To my dismay, they didn’t have any Diet Pepsi. When my order arrived, it came to $8.52, and the server gave me $1.45 in change, even though I should have received 3 cents more. When I mentioned it, he told me they didn't have any pennies. It wasn't just about the 3 cents; he wasn’t even going to mention it. Additionally, the person who took my order was very difficult to understand and communicate with. I can say for sure that this will be my last visit to this place.

This was my second visit, and I think there might have been a change in management because the food has been excellent both times. Ordering was quick, and the food arrived promptly. The chicken sandwich was juicy and flavorful. During my last visit, I had the chicken strips, which were also delicious. This place is 100% better than I remember!
