Harvey's - Niagara Falls

I went to this restaurant tonight for dinner. I spent over $30 on two combos. When I went to pay, I asked to scan my scene card to earn points, but was informed that it was too late and I was not asked for my scene card. This was the first deception. When I requested to scan my card, I was told that I couldn't, which was the second deception. I am unsure if I will be returning to this location in the future, as the food was delicious and the temperature was good, but the service was lacking.

I love this restaurant. It's one of my favorite places to be. I'm thrilled to work here, and the owners are incredibly kind and supportive.

I hadn't been to a Harvey's in about 10 years, so I wasn't sure what to order. However, a very pleasant young man named Jagjit at the counter patiently helped me decide. All of the employees were very helpful. I plan on returning and recommending this location to everyone I know.

Best place to eat. All staff is very nice and supporting. Always helps the customer in every possible way.

Absolutely amazing! Staff is understanding and acknowledges the customer needs. Food is delicious. It’s definitely a very outstanding fast food service.
