Papa Johns Pizza - Niagara Falls

I ordered the family deal, and everything was fantastic! The pizza was delicious and fresh, arriving ahead of schedule and piping hot. The store even included cups and plates without me having to ask, which was a wonderful surprise since we were at a hotel and I had forgotten to request them when I placed the order. I would definitely order from this location again. A very satisfied customer!

We had a bit of trouble finding an Asian restaurant for lunch and ultimately ended up at Papa John's Pizza. We were pleased to find that the place was open for dining in. The restaurant was empty except for our family. We enjoyed our pizza and chicken, though we did have to wait a little while since we didn't hear them call our order. The prices were reasonable, and there is parking available by the store. It's conveniently located along the road leading to the outdoor elevator to the falls.

Since working at the casino I?ve had many late night pizzas from papa Johns. There was a manager named Harshal who always took care of me and made sure my pizza was done on time for me to eat on my break. Quick fast and precise is what I would say aboutthis papa Johns. The new team member Kishan took my orders for the past two nights and made my pizza to the T. I have a weirdorder because I do not consume dairy and they strive to provide a great service to customers like me. Here?s a photo of thepizza they made and right now they have a promotion about a free dipping sauce with a review which I find awesome! However Iwould have left a great review regardless because this restaurant is killing it!

I assumed that a New York-style pepperoni pizza would actually come with pepperoni, but mine had no toppings at all. Is this something I needed to specify?
