Big Smoke Burger - Niagara On The Lake

Ordered my large pulled pork poutine at 2:30. Didn't get it until 3:00. When I did it was warm. Not hot. The pulled pork wasn't pulled apart. The cheese hadn't melted. The look on the face of the guy at the cash when I asked him about why it's taking so long was total blank. All in all, not worth wasting your time or money here.

Portions were kind of a rip-off considering the combo was over $20 all in. For a food court meal! It also turned out to be a few dollars more than listed on the menu board for some reason. I can only assume they charge some extra fee like some restaurants in the area. Sneaky.

This restaurant used to be fantastic for burgers, but recently it has taken a serious nosedive in quality.

I ordered the pulled pork burger and it was delicious. However, I was disappointed to receive only a small portion of fries with the combo. I felt like I was overcharged for just 20 fries and a small fountain drink. I would not recommend getting the combo option. Overall, I would give this experience 3 stars.

I visited this restaurant for the first time today and tried their BBQ chicken burgers. Unfortunately, they were very dry. The flavor was good, but I probably won't order the chicken burger again.
