Kfc - Niceville

We previously had a negative experience, but the manager welcomed us back and handled our order very well. The food was fresh and served hot.

When I finally got to the chicken, it was just as bad. I have never had such a terrible experience at a KFC before. I called the restaurant to voice my concerns, but the manager on duty was unhelpful and dismissive. Having worked in the food industry for five years, I know my way around chicken. This chicken was hot but tasted old and greasy, leaving a horrible texture. The manager wouldn’t listen to my complaints, and when I tried to speak louder, she just hung up on me. This place really needs to improve. I ended up wasting ten dollars.
