We really lost our appetite. I will probably never eat in the golden double arch restaurant (McDonalds) again. The insolence of the employee, who barely spoke German, topped it all off. As a traveler, I will definitely avoid this rest stop in the future.

Dear staff of this parking lot, are you out of your mind? How can you demand passports or any other documents from drivers for the opportunity to visit the shower??? A person’s personal document cannot be transferred to ANYONE!!! This is his property and the property of his state, this is his personal data. Do you understand this or are you stupid? The alternative you offer is 20 euros as a deposit. What kind of nonsense, insanity and some kind of crime is this? This is at least illegal!!! Your shower is also very expensive. 4 euros is very expensive. And no possibility to pay by card for it. Drivers come from far away, risk their lives for all of you, and you simply rip them off in your own countries. I'm surprised that this can happen in Germany. Just wild.

Switch inactive at night, we would have been happy to get some information instead of wondering back and forth.
