Brasserie Het Raadhuis Nieuwegein

A family lunch on a chilly day in Vreeswijk brought us to the charming Brasserie het Raadhuis. It's neat and welcoming inside, and the friendly waitress kept the beers and Pinot Grigios flowing. The food was astonishingly good: the flatbread with goat's cheese is a Mediterranean inspired delight, while the Desembrood with smashed avo was one of the best sandwiches I've eaten in ages. I wanted to try my wife's baked Camembert, but she snarled at me every time I went near it. She said it was brilliant! And then to end with a couple of slices of excellent apple tart and some good coffee. Thank goodness I have family in Vreeswijk, so I have an excuse to return.

Waardeloos. Er is gewoon een andere tafel bij ons op de rekening gezet. En deze wordt afgegeven met de mededeling: Wilt u de rekening nakijken?! Waarop wij zeiden: Ik vertrouw er op dat het allemaal klopt. En het eten mbt de prijs was ook niet in verhouding Gebeld en hopelijk geregeld maar n sorry hebben we niet gehoord!
