I ordered online and the guy didn’t put cheese on both of my subs and put very little veggies when I asked for more and some veggies and sauces are missing. It never happened before in other
I frequently went to this subway for my lunch, most of the time at least twice a week. Until recently always had same 2 people there and I could only praise their attitude and service. I went there other day when a lady I havent seen yet was working and no complaints till I had to pay. I saw a total on screen that was above what I normally pay and said something to her but she assured me it wasn't my total. I tapped my card and got my receipt to see the amount I saw before was my total and my receipt said I gave a tip. I asked her about it and she said I must have tapped the screen and gave tip when I didn't even get the option to tip. She told me when you tap your card you automatically give a tip, which has never happened to me before and I saw the total before I even tapped my card. I asked for refund and she and another lady said they couldn't and then thanked me as I leave. Do Not Go to this subway, or always check what the total on register before paying because they tell you your total without tip and then they rob you.
Worst BMT ever! You built it upside down duhhh. The bread sucked too. Someone needs a retrain. Follow the M.O.P. You must have the book. I suggest you read it. If I'd noticed your 2.9 rating before deciding on subway I would have never even touched your door handle to begin with.
The man there is very rude, stop making my sub and fix the paper dispenser until I told him I got to go, very bad attituded, stay away from that subway, I don't know who hire that kind of person.
