3 guests: we give 5/5 at the entrance, and then it is more divergent 3, 4 and 5/5 for the dish.. we arrive at 4.5/5 or the exact note of the resto at the moment. Dilemma. The desire to merge to 5 both the service of the 2 people in contact with the customers is friendly and on the other hand the desire to push to surpass themselves to reach the 5th star.
