Bidra med feedbackI really appreciate the variety of flavors you can add to the drinks; they enhance the experience without being overwhelming. We ordered breves and were very satisfied with them. I also want to mention the wonderful service – we had a lovely chat with the barista, and by the time we finished, I felt like I could give her a hug! I can't wait to return for more coffee and to try the delicious-looking baked goods.
I was a bit anxious at first when I didn't find the shop in its previous location on the corner, but thankfully, someone passing by informed me of their new spot. I was fortunate because I might have missed it otherwise; it’s just a bit further down the road. The other customers were relaxed, chatting and enjoying their breakfast sandwiches. I saw generous plates filled with eggs, bacon, and cheese on freshly baked bagels passing by my table, and someone even came back for seconds of their homemade caramel rolls. The barista—a young gentleman who looked like he could be in high school—was professional and certainly knew how to whip up drinks and serve customers. The two people running the shop at that time were busy preparing for a local event, yet they still managed to take everyone’s orders promptly. It’s clear that the locals really love this place! I intentionally take my route to the family farm through Nisswa just to enjoy this little coffee shop. It’s definitely worth the visit. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!
The coffee was quite good, and the shop itself is really charming. However, we did encounter one issue: we were the only customers when we placed our order, but then a woman with four children came in and took her time ordering, which added about five minutes to our wait. They ended up receiving their smoothies and coffee before us, and we ended up waiting around 20 minutes in total for ours. My mom eventually decided to leave, and I almost followed suit, but I stayed since we had already paid for our drinks. It just didn’t feel fair. As a tourist, I would typically rate this experience one or two stars, but I'm giving it three stars because I had a decent experience there a few days earlier.
Exceptional egg sandwich, coffee, atmosphere and service. The owner Deb is one of those rare amazing people who treats everyone like a good friend. She?s created a beautiful, welcoming and cozy space. And she?s an amazing baker on top of all this almond croissants that rival a European master baker! Highly recommend visiting this delightful cafe?
Save your time and money and get your coffee here, vacationers. We're out-of-towners who LOVE coffee and this was, by leaps and bounds, the best coffee in the area! We ordered drip coffee, a cortado, and a cappuccino, all were great! Also, do yourself a favor and try a breakfast sandwich with the homemade bagel, so good!
