Teriyaki Madness - NLV

This my local Teriyaki Madness and I get good service every time. If there’s any issues they solve them right away.

By far some of the worst customer service I’ve seen, they do not greet you. When you walk in, they will stare at you until you talk to them first. The waiting time is also ridiculous for this place. I would highly recommend retraining your staff on the basics of Customer Service. If a person is spending almost $40 for a meal for two, I would expect much more out of this place.

I just ordered a Chicken Bowl and some of the chicken and vegetables were cold. Who does that? No pride of care for their work.

Food takes waay too long to be done, waited over 30 minutes for two plates. Definitely not worth it.
