Vino Apos;s Deli - NLV

Original intentions were to eat at the Mexican restaurant at the Cannery, but it's closed on Monday, so we decided on Vinos! I am so glad we did! It was outstanding! Delicious Italian food. My friend had the linguine and clams, which smelled heavenly. She said it was really good. I had the Farfalle a la Vodka, which was very creamy and had the right amount of flavor with the prosciutto. When you sit down, the server brings a bread basket with warm fresh bread and cheese breadsticks and soft butter. And if you want you can have olive oil with balsamic, which we did! I had a glass of the house Merlot which was a nice pour in perfect sized glass. It was a good house wine. We also had the cannolis which were very tasty. I was very full after eating here and decided I could not wait to return! It was great place to talk and hang out. I will definitely be back with my family and friends!

Great food, great service, great prices and great ambiance. I would strongly suggest ordering the Veal Scallopini with Marsala Mushrooms, as it is simply delicious. I wish I had room for the Cannoli, but I was stuffed lol Will I come back? You betcha. I can't wait lol

I love coming here. I'm local so I will even come here solo when I'm craving a good chicken parm. Delicious food and excellent service everytime. I'm full and happy.

I eat at Vino's once a week, with friends like the stuffed pork shells, salads, and pizza served to my table. the personal always friendly and pay attention. Larry L Hawks

Let me start by saying the service was absolutely wonderful. BUT I'm here to rate the food. I got the chicken saltimbocca. There was literally a piece of prosciutto that was about the size of a postage stamp on 1 piece of chicken.. it's supposed to be a piece of prosciutto on each piece of chicken, enough to cover it.. and almost no cheese at all. One piece of chicken was completely bare. It was so piping hot.. that even a week later my poor tongue has bumps on the end from where the chicken burned me. I mean did they microwave it? It was horrible. My husband got the chicken Alfredo and they couldn't even put a whole chicken breast on it.. it was like 3-4 strips.. The pasta was dry.. the sauce was clumpy. We will never return. Not sure who is rating this place??
