The farm, originally an agricultural estate, was an agricultural cooperative at the time of the GDR (LPG). At the beginning of the 1990s, the original owners got back the farm and had to fight with the abandonment of the large farm. After the narratives, the property had come back quite far. Today it is a hotel Garni with restoration operation, the latter I have been able to test. We were a medium-sized company and we should eat there. The quality was definitely true: The appetizer salad was delicious, the main dish (three meat of poultry, beef and pork) as well as the dessert (ice with strawberries and raspberries). The wine was perfect. The coffee drink took place in the garden of the house, which is the real highlight and a small paradise. Since agriculture is no longer operated, the areas directly adjacent to the house became garden and forest. Here the guests planted and planted trees of a variety of species for certain family events (baptisms, confirmations, round birthdays of older people). The owners themselves have created a small chestnut alley, among others noble chestnuts, red beech, gingko, mammoth trees, tulip tree and much more. Each tree is provided with a sign that provides information about nature and the occasion of planting. This was a small park. A oak forest grows on another part of the plot, which was used earlier as an ashland. The guests can feel comfortable here, not only does this baptismal garden contribute, but of course also the owner and his employees who respond very kindly to the wishes of their guests.
