Tim Hortons - Nobleton

The restaurant is very clean and recently renovated. The staff was excellent.

I stopped at Tim Hortons for coffee during my trip and had a great experience. Even though I didn’t take any photos, the interior and atmosphere were impressive and enjoyable. Overall, it was a perfect stop, and I really appreciated my visit.

It's normal a Tim Hortons. I bought a reguler coffee and it's so good.

I wasn't greeted at all when I placed my order. After I paid, the cashier just turned around and ignored me to chat with her coworkers. It was a disappointing experience.

Very disappointed and frustrating.First, I ordered 10 tim bits but only got 9.Second, I asked 5 of those to be honey cruller but got honey glazed instead.Third, I ordered the vegetarian harvest breakfast sandwich, but they gave me real meat sausage.I waited back in line to return it and only got the regular egg and cheese as I didn't trust on what they were doing. I gave two stars because the older lady refunded me back the difference. I write this review so management can take notice, give better training to the kids working there and to avoid anyone else experiencing this again.
