Tim Hortons - Nobleton

It's timmies, so the over all service was good. the washrooms were clean and the coffee hot deserts ok.

Always busy and very slow!! They need to work faster! But the coffee is good! Drive thru very slow in the morning and afternoons

I used to refuse to go to this Tim Hortons because the service was so slow and they consistently got orders wrong. There must have been a change in staffing or management because they are much improved.

The manager who took our order in the passage was extremely rude. I politely asked if there were any breakfast specialties, hoping for breakfast sandwiches. The manager answered, everything is special. What do you want and he added, check out the apps if you want to see any offers. When I asked the manager in the pay window, why so rude behavior? He tried to deny. I rested what he said and he started laughing. Then he told me, thank you for feeling bad. Doubling and tripling on rude behavior. I had kids in the car. What a bad example of customer service and manners, including staff. The owners should fire this manager. Take a pass on this Tim Horton 's.

After multiple visits to this establishment, I have found that it has continued to deteriorate. The coffee is consistently made incorrectly, the lids are always on the wrong way, the food often tastes stale, and the customer service is abysmal. They treat customers as if they are a bother, the service is slow, and when issues arise, the owner and manager fail to address them. I do not recommend going to this restaurant due to their poor service and long wait times. Even if you are the only car in line, expect to wait. Enough is enough – perhaps new management is needed. I am relieved that there is a McDonald's just 6 minutes in the opposite direction. The staff had the chance to rectify the situation, but their ignorance prevailed. In my most recent visit, I was handed an oversized coffee that spilled all over me, and when I brought this to their attention, they ignored me. I am finished with this establishment.
