The coffee machine over here is always not functional and the chef behaves like the owner..they have rude staff also.. already The restaurant is doing bad here in Exotica dreamville arcade and is always empty!such a waste !Also the pictures posted of coffee are no more the same!

Butter berry ratings might be very high but their service start to end is bad. The quality of product is always worst. I ordered cake for my best friend and it was so bad in taste, like two days old. They actually ruined my reputation in front of everyone. I would not suggest it to anyone. Bad bad bad.....if I have an option of 0 rating I would have chose that.

This bakery shop is looting when it comes to cake delivery of your own choice and the worst part is their service. After destroying your occasion the employees and manager as well as the owner don't even bother listening your problem. They completely destroyed our event and not sensible enough to regret and give any solution for it. Please choose this shop at your own risk for any customised cake.

It was my son's 1st birthday and I ordered a customized cake of 2.5kgs. But Butter berry destroyed our day. First they made cake of 3kgs but then also it was not matching with the image we given. They delivered the cake late by 1 hrs 15mins. The name of my son was so small and written so roughly. Complete cake was made in 2 colors only. When I called them, neither the manager Ram Rajput responded and picked our call and nor the employees in the shop given us any solution for the name atleast. The cake was so costly of 4300rs and see the kind of service they provided

The ambience of the cafe is great, staff is good. We ordered, hot chocolate, cafe latte, and mushroom sandwich. Hot Chocolate was too sweet. Cafe latte has no taste, after every sip I was thinking how coffee can be made without any taste : The sandwich was spicy and we could not finish it.
