The person who was in front of me was served and then they left early, and the staff told me "Sorry, we're closed" as I entered.

The restaurant consistently closes earlier than their posted closing time, which can be quite frustrating if they are not willing to stay open during their advertised hours.

The person behind the counter had long, unkempt hair that seemed to be a violation of health codes. After we ordered and paid, he informed us that they were out of what we had ordered. Ugh!

First time we came here and the middle aged man was very nice , and gave ice cream at 12:am , but next time the staff (guy will long hair was rude but got ice cream and again we came because my daughter wanted to eat turtle ice cream after her dinner but we came at 10:10 pm but there was no one and the google site as well as door says open “24 hours “ , if they can’t give 24 hours service then they should update the site…as well today again we came at 10 pm and the guy saw us coming but he closed the door and said rudely “restaurant is closed “, and we were not only one at that time there were other families too

Awesome experience, Baskin was so friendly and Robbins gave me a double scoop for the price of one. These guys are amazing!!!
