Snatched my money out my hand but slammed my change on the counter gave me cold fries ???? and slammed those on the counter as well. You would think we dated all that attitude but nope. I rarely come this way. Maybe she likes me and is bad at expressing her emotions ??
Worst service ever the morning manager is very rude I walked in All smiles and said good morning she rolled her eyes she messed up my order and when I told her she threw the bag so I just took what she had. Wouldn't give me any condiments. I knew I should have went to McDonald's. I will never return to this location again. I might be done with burger king. I'm giving this food to the homeless and going to chic fila where you get treated right for spending your money.
The young lady working the drive thru was quite rude. I never ordered from the app and asked a few questions and each time she was short and almost evasive as if I should know the answer. In addition, I had to pull up and wait for food but the fries were ice cold. Will not return to this location.
I ordered no ketchup no mayo at a very slow time, only one vehicle in the drivethrough but apparently 3 staff on duty. I was told to wait round the front, by the door. How they got it wrong I don't know but after waiting several minutes I went inside, dismayed at the delay, to see a bag on the counter which was handed to me. Sure enough it had both ketchup and mayo which I loathe the taste of. Of course I only discovered when I was too far away to deal with it. Everywhere else, all restaurants were closed around there so I was stuck the vile tasting burger.????
The cashier was very rude to my mom who couldn?t see/read a coupon (she has trouble seeing and didn?t have her glasses) and refused to help her, said it was ?not her problem?. That?s not just bad customer service, it?s bad as a human being. Be kind.
