Cici's Pizza - Norcross

I'm not a huge fan of CiCi's or pizza in general, but my kids absolutely love it, and they had a fantastic time. The staff was wonderful, especially the young ladies at the register. The place was clean and the prices were reasonable. My kids and I will definitely be returning.

Ooh boy pizzas were delicious, I had not been to a cicis pizza in years and I saw this one and said to myself nxt time I will stop for a treat. Finally it happen over the weekend cousin was visiting I said let's have pizzas. What a disappointment first, the place was full of families at least 10 and all had more than 6 members so it was packed to the bone. Got a whole of a couple of slices, awesome, went for a second round not 1 pizza was available, there was a line to enter and another line waiting on pizzas, it was a full 5 min b4 they laid out the first pizza. Started to complain with my cousin of how bad this was to paying customerd a total deservice, I did not see 1 manager and there were at least more than 8 employees behind the counter just doing nothing. Is this right? Of course not! plus all the children left unattended doing about their business around the tables., playing, yelling and running. Not a great experience at all. Bye cicis that was it...cicis on Peachtree corners, Atlanta. Georgia.

Cici?s app is the dumbest thing in the world. They deliver, but not directly, and they don?t say that at all on their app, and if something happens with your order, there?s no number to call on the app. The app said my food was delivered yet when I called the store they said it was still there. My food has been sitting there for 20 minutes because nobody from Uber or DoorDash or Lyft has picked up my food, and I didn?t even know that they weren?t delivering directly there was no mention.

This is a great place for all-you-can-eat delicious pizza buffet. Salads are decent too. It's a good deal for $5.99. With this price, protein items are hard to find if any. I can only see the buffalo chicken pizza that has protein and it's very tiny. Weekends are always crowded and lively. I think kids will be well occupied with good pizzas and games!

$5.99 you can?t beat it. Salad, pizza, dessert, and simple pasta with sauce and soup. Great for family. The only reason I didn?t give a 5 was the waitress had a horrible attitude. Plenty of customers enjoying themselves.nice game room for the kids
