Little Caesars Pizza - Norcross

Here's garbage! Whatever the employees have with each other is nothing of my business, so I don't need to listen to each other! Nor do the rest of the customers. You don't even know the address at your own job. Order online and said of 1:20 would be ready, it was 1:50 and I was still on ONE Pizza!

Very displeased half done not what i order looks like plastic. Had to wait 25 mins said they are short staffed. I ordered a deep dish and was charged for and received a large pizza and not refunded for the difference.

Avoid this location at all costs. Your online order will not be ready as they don 't really pay attention to what 's ordered online . The front door is locked so you 'll be forced to wait in a long line to get your order that you placed online. They have no problem taking your money online thank but they can 't fill your order if it 's placed online.

Ordered pizza in the morning for a class party. 5 minutes before pizza was supposed to be delivered the store cancelled the order. No phone call or reason. Left me frantically trying to find another pizza store to deliver with a room full of children expecting pizza.

I placed an order online and 20 minutes later the store called me to tell me that they no longer make that type of pizza. I told him I did not know what other kind of pizza that I wanted at the moment and asked if I could cancel the order. They very rudely told me to cancel the order online and when I asked how they hung up on me. I called back and they refused to answer their phone. I never was able to figure out how to cancel the order online. I ended up calling another store to find out that they don?t know how to cancel the order online and she suggested calling corporate to complain and she also suggested calling my credit card to dispute the order. She apologized for the bad service at the other store and offered me a free pizza at her store. I highly recommend little Caesars in Tucker. But I will not be going back to Little Caesars on Buford Highway!
