Starbucks - Norcross

This review is certainly one of the more noteworthy ones I’ve written. The café has some good qualities; I appreciate the layout, especially since this branch features cushioned benches instead of only wooden seating. However, after my experience today, I’ve decided not to return due to the rude individuals I've encountered at this location and in the surrounding area. I've had to dodge potential accidents on two occasions, as it seems some people are intentionally trying to cause problems. The Starbucks drive-thru isn't managed well; during the rain, the line completely blocked all the parking spots right in front of the store. While the drive-thru customers stayed warm and dry, those of us walking into the store had to park in the middle of the lot and walk in the rain, which is quite inconvenient. On one occasion, while I waited to pull my car forward, an older woman almost hit my vehicle, making this the third unpleasant incident I've experienced at this location. To improve the situation, they could redirect the drive-thru cars to the side of the parking lot instead of letting them block the front. I can't help but wonder how many patrons have stopped visiting this location because it’s difficult to quickly pick up mobile orders, for example. Lastly, during my second to last visit, when I was trying to confirm my order as requested, another employee interrupted the person taking my order, forcing me to repeat it for the third time. After all this, it's clear to me that it's easier to walk away than to hope for any improvements. Ultimately, I’d prefer to avoid this place altogether.

I ordered a sugar-free drink due to health issues, but somehow received a regular sugary drink instead. I drove back to explain the mix-up, and the staff handed me the exact same sugary drink again. I have a sugar-free latte every day, so I know exactly how it should taste. I will never return to this location; this is not only dangerous but also incredibly rude. Remaking my coffee would have taken just a moment.

I visited the drive-thru on August 30, 2022, at 8:59 PM, and the employee made my drink in the wrong size. I left the drive-thru but quickly returned to the window in under 20 seconds. However, the employee refused to remake my drink in the correct size and was extremely rude, telling me they were closed.

This location is fairly new, and I’m glad they moved from that cramped corner where it was easy to miss while driving, especially without a drive-thru. The new space is beautiful; walking in gives you the impression of a large area thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, which was a great choice. The high ceilings are impressive, and everything is impeccably clean, including the bathrooms and both the outdoor and indoor spaces. The location also boasts a lovely patio with plenty of chairs and tables to relax and enjoy your coffee. I highly recommend stopping by this Starbucks. I will gladly drive an extra mile just to enjoy this spot—not only for the products they offer but also for the nice and clean atmosphere.

We made a stop here while returning home from Atlanta, and we were impressed by how clean and modern the coffee shop was. Its location is quite convenient, just under a mile from I-85. The drive-thru was busy, and there was also a spacious outdoor seating area. Inside, there were ample tables and chairs. The bathrooms, which are often a good reflection of a restaurant's quality, were well-kept. The service we received was friendly, and the food and beverage selections met the typical Starbucks standards.
