Subway - Norcross

The restaurant provides high-quality, fresh ingredients and offers excellent customer service. The staff members were clean and welcoming upon my arrival. I was very impressed with the exceptional level of customer service and will definitely be returning.

I enjoyed a delicious sandwich, a Coke, and two chocolate chip cookies at this restaurant. The server was very friendly and polite. The sandwich was a bit small, but everything else was excellent.

I ordered through the app but did not receive my full order. When I asked for it to be delivered to my car, they said they would bring it but never did. I am disappointed that they took my money and tip without providing the 2 bags of chips and 2 drinks I ordered. I do not recommend this place as they do not answer the phone and have poor customer service. I will not be ordering from here again and will be contacting my credit card company for a refund.

Grab lunch here frequently when I'm at ofs, I always get exactly what I would expect from a subway.

I wrote EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS NOT TO DO something to both sandwiches and she did it anyway. I had to make her remake the sandwiches the way that I had specified in the special instructions.
