Waffle House - Norcross

Horrible sense of urgency.the wednesday staff is very poor service.we waited 30 minutes and still couldnt get our food.very slow staff.no comfirmation of how much longer it would take for. Just eggs and sausages .

Who doesn't like the Waffle House? This particular store had the usual good food, excellent table server Luis, an entertaining manager Michelle and a hard working crew. Enjoyed my visit. Convenient to Interstate.

I'm usually there after work, early morning hours. The staff is fantastic! They work together great and still have fun. I wish they could go back to 24 hours, but I understand the reasoning of the brief closing.

Typical waffle house, food is always good, staff is fast and efficient. Today food came a little sporadic but still good. Only problem I have with mist waffle houses are the runny grits. I don't understand why a southern food chain can't make thick grits, makes no sense to me.

I visited this Waffle House twice in the past two days between 7 and 8 PM, and both times the door was locked. The staff was inside, but they just looked at me and peeked their heads out without giving any explanation. There was no sign on the door or anything to indicate why it was closed. I always thought Waffle House was open 24/7.
