Bidra med feedbackI was dropped off here and was waiting for my ride while sitting at a booth. Since I wasn't eating right away, a white lady who was working this morning told me to move to another seat, even though the restaurant was empty. This was the worst customer service I've experienced.
Out of my eight day stay across the street I've come in seven times. Happened to be very slow each time so service was great. One of the young ladies even recognize me on her second service of me. Food was delicious and I even had leftovers ????. My only issue was tables not cleaned well.
For me to take time out (of my hectic schedule) to write a review means A LOT! I spared this place quite a few times, but enough is enough. I don?t recommend visiting here (at least in the morning). I absolutely hate putting my own people down, but their customer service is horrible. The only time I actually enjoyed myself was when the short haired woman was on the grill. Any other time was not worth it AT ALL. They never greet upon arrival, they act like they don?t want to be there, the older male manager curses his team out in front of customers, and is rude/impolite. There?s no sense of urgency whatsoever. One time, my server actually snapped on me for inquiring about their shortage of to go cups (when I had no idea they were out). Maybe, it?s just the morning crew, hopefully. I understand that most aren?t morning people, but it?s a breakfast place and I?m big on energy so I will NOT be returning here (if l can help it). Don?t say I didn?t warn you.
This restaurant is conveniently located right across the street from the Holiday Inn. The service is fast, the place is clean, and the food is excellent. It's easy to get to and perfect for a quick breakfast or lunch.
This restaurant serves delicious and tasty waffles, and my family enjoys eating here every time we visit.
