I had a fantastic experience! Zen, our server, was incredibly attentive and made sure to accommodate my food preferences. He even brought a water bowl for our dog. I highly recommend this place! Food: 5/5.

To top it off, the place felt like a sauna. When I inquired about it, I learned that the air conditioning was broken. As someone who is highly sensitive to heat, I couldn't tolerate the conditions—after only a few minutes, I felt unwell. It made me wonder how the staff could manage to work an entire shift in such heat, and I can only imagine how unbearable it must be in the kitchen. I believe it would be best to close this location until the AC is repaired. It's far too hot for customers to enjoy their dining experience, and it’s not fair for employees to have to work in those conditions. I won’t be returning until I know this issue has been resolved.

My husband and I attempted to have lunch at the Granby Street location while at work, but our experience was disappointing. First, instead of his burger, they mistakenly served him a salad, which wasted our lunch time as we tried to correct the order. When we finally got the right dish, the burger was undercooked. Upon raising our concerns, the chef/manager was rude and had a terrible attitude. I cannot recommend the Granby Street location again. I suggest going to the ODU or Virginia Beach locations, as we've never encountered any issues there. Our negative experience was solely due to the disrespectful behavior of the chef/manager at the Granby Street location. Avoid it if you can.

Sorry, I used to love this place but I won't be back. Downtown Norfolk restaurants need to stop including tips on the bill

Great friendly team service!!! My scrambled cheddar eggs were delicious, bacon (perfect) crispy potatoes (tasty). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ?Food: 5/5
