Bidra med feedbackI had to use the app and drive thru because they were not open for the service.. I thought I only had the nuggets, but somehow I got the food. Luckily it was $8. Everything was very felt. Will definitely go to other places.
Every time I order delivery my food is wrong. I get spicy instead of mild, the wrong sauces, or no sauces at all......small sides instead of large when I add on. It feels like there's absolutely no customer consideration put into the delivery orders. It ruins my meal every time I get the wrong thing, and its never fun having to deal with being itchy after mistakenly biting into a spicy chicken strip when I had ordered mild. Would not recommend this location.
Restaurant does not open as advertised. Door says open and drive thru open at 10:30 am, but at 10:31am I drove up to the drive thru and no one responded for over 8 mins. Then I attempted to open the dine in door at it is still locked at 10:44 am. Wow, this place seems very low staffed as there was only one vehicle in the parking lot when I pulled up at 10:15 am.
Less than 8 hours ago, I ordered some food from the Popeyes in Norfolk Virginia (the Hampton boulevard location). The employee dealing with my order was polite and my husband and I enjoyed our food (my husband had the three piece chicken tender with mashed potatoes and biscuit while I selected the 8 piece chicken nuggets with honey mustard sauce that was very delish.
The time is now 5:55 pm and I?ve been in this drive through line since 5:20. Whyyyyy in the world have I chosen to sit here this long is beyond me. Every time I come here, they are taking one order at a time and are waiting until the order has been placed and received before they take the next order. This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable and if I could rate this review with 0 stars I would. I would like someone from corporate to reach out and explain why is this a constant thing with this location.
