Ricardo's Méxican - Norfolk

Good food, not the authentic type if that is what you are looking for. Would love to see the back door lounge and buffet open again.

Food was good. Service was not. I went through the drive through. There were three cars ahead of me. I arrived about 6:10, got my order at 6:38. I suspect that the order was not made until I got to the window and paid. I'll try it once more. Hopefully this was a glitch.

The food is great, surpassed only by the amazing customer service. I always grab some super sanchos and sauce to bring back to Wisconsin with me. They are so accommodating and always with big smiles and thank you. Ricardo?s ROCKS!

Our first time at this eating establishment. Slightly disappointed. Was expecting a sit down, waiter/waitress environment with a larger menu selection. I had the taco salad. The shell was overcooked and it was mostly lettuce. Very little meat. Hubby had nachos extreme and was underwhelmed by those as well. Very thin chips that got soggy before we got our food to the table. Probably wouldn't return to this establishment.

I had a nice family dinner here. The seafood salad was really good.
