Bidra med feedbackI experienced a three-drink limit, and the food was decent. While it felt a bit odd to have food and drinks next to the pool, I suppose it works in the end. The tent camping was adequate for a one-night stay, although there was no shade and limited privacy. On a positive note, the showers were quite clean!
I really enjoyed relaxing in the soothing waters of the communal hot spring pool, and the price was quite reasonable. There were many families enjoying the space as well. They have a three-drink maximum, which is good to know. I've heard they occasionally have live music, which could be nice. However, if you're considering booking an event there, be cautious—when I inquired about it, they seemed offended and mentioned they don’t like having events. Not sure what that means, but it’s something to keep in mind.
I gave this place a low rating because they were closed on Tuesday when we tried to stop by. However, I understand they do a thorough cleaning every week, which is impressive! The staff member I spoke to was friendly and helpful. I look forward to visiting again. Just make sure to call ahead to confirm their hours!
Had more fun than I thought I would! $10/person. Delicious rice dish for dinner! And many drinks options. Very warm water, had to get out occasionally. I wish they had a real bathroom or at least a mirror in the locker room. I would pay more for comfortable bathrooms. Although it is open until 10 a.m., the water was already at 9:30, which was disappointing.
The team at Norris Hot Springs is amazing. They were super friendly and found us a camp site even though we arrived on a Friday with out reservations. The pool was just right and met several people and had some great conversations. Their beer selection is awesome and the guy serving it was very knowledgeable about all of the beer he was pouring. I also really appreciate the 3 drink max, I can see that it prevents a lot of trouble. All in all, this place is a must if you are driving down for spring skiing or just driving through, well worth the detour off the main roads. Cheers!
