The waitstaff are incredibly friendly and ensure your coffee cup is always full. The 1950s-themed decor is intriguing, and the tabletops provide fun trivia questions from that era. The menu offers classic breakfast options that are both delicious and affordable. It’s especially known for its Scrapple Stix and Bo’s sausage gravy served over biscuits. Don't miss the chance to chat with the owner, Tony, who makes the rounds to greet and welcome guests. Please note that they currently only accept cash.

Let's talk about the atmosphere first. This restaurant has a classic diner vibe with a 50s theme, reminiscent of a bygone era. I visited with my grandmother on July 4th, and it was quite busy, which made the service a bit slow. We waited 40 minutes for our order of eggs, toast, and pancakes. However, the food was delicious, and the location next to a supermarket makes it a convenient stop before doing your weekend grocery shopping—a nice little break during a car ride.

One of the diners truly embodies everything we love about this type of establishment. The service is fantastic—everyone is genuinely friendly and attentive to customers! The interior is nice, the coffee is served hot, and the breakfast portions are generous and delicious. I hope to return soon! Just a heads up, they only accept cash.

Jem is truly a great restaurant. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the atmosphere is clean and inviting. Parking is safe and convenient. The food is absolutely wonderful. I've been visiting for 20 years, and I can always rely on the quality. Just recently, I had to send a dish back for additional heating, but that hasn't affected my overall experience. Consistency is certainly a highlight here.
