Papa Guido's Pizzeria Beer - Norristown

I ordered the pasta shells multiple times and each time they forgot to include the meatballs. I had to contact the delivery service each time, costing me at least $10-20 extra, even though I live only half a mile away. Their lack of efficiency in fixing the mistake has caused me to take my business elsewhere.

I would rate this restaurant one star, but unfortunately, I cannot give it zero stars. The staff kept putting me on hold and acted as if they hadn't received my calls, resulting in long wait times for my food delivery. The customer service was poor, with employees arguing with customers instead of acknowledging mistakes. I would not recommend this establishment.

My son loves there cheese pizza always a nice friendly atmosphere

Not the cleanest place in town, but in my opinion they food is the best n prices are still reasonably.

This absolutely horrible establishment they have no clue how to make a pizza if u like cheese and bread this is the place!
