Primo Hoagies - Norristown

The fresh hoagies were good, but they could use a bit more meat or the main filling. The selection from this local chain is modest. Overall, I've had better.

I ordered chips with my hoagie on Uber Eats but didn't receive them. This has happened before. However, I do appreciate the prompt and courteous response.

Brad, the owner, always greets you with a smile when you come in, which makes the experience feel welcoming. Even though he owns the place, he treats everyone as equals and doesn't act superior. His employees are also fantastic, providing excellent customer service and always happy to help. If you ask for something extra, like a side of mayonnaise, they’ll gladly accommodate you. The restaurant is very clean as well. I would definitely recommend it to my friends!

The owner is a fantastic guy who is friendly and easy to work. Food is also great, of course. There's no blows.

Love their sandwiches..particularly the Italian Diablo with a few long hots...just the right amount of heat. The roll is excellent; always crispy and full of sesame seeds. What's not to like?
