The worst food & service anywhere.our food came in 53 min.ice cold pasta was one solid lump the ribs were inedible and **** . No utensils for 6 minutes after we got our food . Got drinks wrong . Then our server had the balls to ask if we wanted to leave a tip . U people r crooks .I am going on facebook & tell all people not to eat there . I took my family to McDonalds , at least we got fed there .im at [email protected]. & will spread the bad word about you crooks . Do everyone a favor close down b 4 u poison someone , IDIOTS .U guys dont deserve one circle but it wouldnt let me submit review unless i circled one .

We have on many special occasions driven the hour into North Battleford for a good meal and The Venice house was one of our favorites.Yesterday the whole family went to town to celebrate our anniversary.The place is now called The Blend.As others have said nice renovations but putting lipstick on a pig describes this place to a T.Reasonable and friendly staff got us to a table and took our order and that's where the good experience ended.The food arrived and the $31 12 oz New York steak could not be cut with a serrated steak knife, it was less than a half inch thick and looked like it had been cooked in a fry pan.Everyone else at the table was long since done eating before the waiter stopped by the table to see how our food was, [Busy I can understand but this guy spent the whole time standing at the till with his buddy chatting] When he finally came to our table I offered the waiter a knife and fork and asked him to try and cut the steak, after unsuccessfully fumbling with it for a minute he picked the plate up and left for the kitchen.A second steak arrived and it was as big a piece of boot leather as the first one was.No attempt was made to see if the second meal was any better or if anyone at our table wanted anything else including a dessert that was supposed to come with a meal that was forgotten.No bill was brought to our table and as we got up to go pay and leave a convoy of 20+ people who had been in an adjacent room walked by us to the till, thinking they were leaving ,no big deal ,let them by, BIG MISTAKE, they each lined up at the till to pay there individual bills.We waited another 20 minutes just to get to the till to pay our bill so we could leave.Mentioned the issues when we finally got to the till and the best we got was shrugged shoulders and a pathetic oh well sorry.Sad to see how bad a place can go downhill.But on the good side the way this place is being run it will be bankrupt and closed in 6 months and maybe the new owner will know how to run a restaurant..

The food was not only no good but when we finally received our meal after a hour and half of waiting it was cold. Our starters came the same time as the meals. The service was very slow but I felt very bad for a few of the servers as the bald waiter was not very nice to his Co workers. We will take our business meals else where

We went there every week to take advantage of this great offering. Unfortunately, their steaks became smaller and smaller, and tougher and tougher. You could tell that the baked potatoes were reheated over and over again. The caesar salad ranged from hardly any dressing, to so much that it almost chokes a person. It was unfortunate that the restaurant closed before they could actually fix it.
