Bidra med feedbackThis is the best place around The Berkshires of Massachusetts to get an old fashioned dairy bar experience. We go here often and get the same thing; Cheeseburger with bacon and tomato, french fries and those awesome onion rings. Then over to the condiment area to add mustard, ketchup, relish and onions then off to sit at one of many picnic tables either under the patio or out on the lawn. They have some tables spread far enough back that smokers can sit there and no one would know they were smoking. The people are SO nice and so friendly.
It was good... Onion rings were great! Stop in you will enjoy it.
Have been going to pedrins since I was very young. At 60 , I still eat there whenever I'm back in town. Can't beat their onion rings or fish on a roll.
New standard for onion rings. My husband and I went there on our way to the Sol LeWitt show at the MASS MoCA (which we highly recommend). Pedrin's hamburgers were good and we enjoyed sitting at one of the colorful picnic tables under the trees. The standout for us was the onion rings. Perfectly battered and fried. They've taken over as the standard by which other onion rings will be measured. Definitely worth a trip.
From the ambiance, to the type of food served, this place has a very traditional/old school, mom and pop shop charm. Customer service was excellent. It was my first time and they patiently explained what and how to order. I had the clam strips boat and fries small paper bowl filled with fried clam strips. A solid, quick ish dining option when you 're in the area. I waited til I got home to eat my food, but better to eat on site while the fried food items are hot and crispy. It 's not fine dining by any means, but I give it five stars in the casual dining category. Only thing, I wish they had more plant based options. All in all, for carnivorous folks, I highly recommend.
