Follanos Pizzeria - North Arlington

The best pizza here. So many places have gone to the hill, but this pizza has remained A1 for decades. I ate on Sunday when they're closed.

By far the best pizzeria in North Arlington ! Been going to the Villa since I was 5 years old. My parents went when they were in high school 40 years ago. Gino, Joe, and Mark have been like family since I could remember. Student special every hot summer day from kindergarten straight through high school.

Talk about pizza! Will try to make it back everytime I'm in town!

I've been to this restaurant more than a dozen times and I have never been disappointed. Whenever I have a friend visiting from the city, I know I can bring them here and they will be impressed. The pizza is fantastic! They have the perfect balance of crust and cheese oil. The bread used for the subs is also fantastic! It's incredibly fresh with the perfect crunch (I usually ask for it to be well made for 4 minutes). The well drinks have just the right fizz—非常重要! The veal dish is fantastic and has a great taste. The chicken wings are cooked to perfection: crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The Eggplant Parmigiana is fantastic too—possibly the best I've ever had! It's sliced thin and pressed flat before cooking, which removes excess moisture that can make it taste bitter. You can really smell the love and care they've poured into their authentic Italian cuisine over the decades. My youngest guest loved the sausage and pepper sub so much that he insisted we come back the next day for another visit, where he decided to try the eggplant parm sub with a side of sausage. The bathroom was clean, there was street parking available, and the prices were very reasonable!
