They need friendly, helpful and pleasant staff, I waited for an hour for my order, and not to mention when I came home, they shortened me a few wings. You need more staff
Monday, 6 September 2021: Valerie's customer service was terrible. We came for the sign on the front door advertisement 70 boneless wings on Mondays and Tuesdays and she said she doesn't know how to put it in and chose us from another combo, she didn't even ask someone to help us do this for us as advertised on the front door. Then the combo she inserts is traditional wings that are more expensive? when we were there to launch boneless wings. So she then had to refund and in order as a boneless wing with an attitude that said we never clarified. Absolutely unprofessional and unhelpful, even no manager in sight. What the food came hot and all I could really ask at this point. Next time any other low rating should listen to this WingStop.
STAY FAR AWAY! Order from here on the other day by UberEats. We had ordered two combo dishes with Ranch pages, in which I even made sure to call them and it was important to make sure it was Ranch and not Bleu. Cheese delivered to our order because of me HIGHLY ALLERGIC, we got the wrong combos and instead of ranch we got Bleu Cheese I got immediately called to solve the problem and instead the child on the phone constantly argued with me that our order was correct and the bluh cheese was ranch. I even expressed my health and was very allergic to Bleu Cheese and his comment was that not my question we gave you Ranch. I asked to talk to a manager instead was suspended and I tried to call back again and again, but instead repeatedly picked up and suspended. So I finally decided to go to the restaurant and ask myself to talk to a manager while the young gentleman had heard me talking about the phone and began screaming to tell me that I'm closing or seeing him coming out behind the counter. All the time with the manager who stands directly, there is no single word.
