Wendy's - North Bay

As someone from the US used to strawberry frosties, I was excited to find a restaurant that offered vanilla frosties. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. I will definitely return in the future!

Last night, I went to Wendy's to grab a meal for myself and my daughter. I typically enjoy dining at Wendy's and usually visit this location. When I approached the counter, I was asked about wearing a mask. I explained that I have a medical exemption. The staff proceeded to take my order, but I questioned why the young lady seemed so concerned about my lack of mask, even though there was a plexiglass barrier between us. She called over four other staff members, and another employee scolded me for not wearing a mask. Despite trying to explain my situation, they did not seem to understand. Frustrated, I decided to leave. As I walked out, someone thanked me, but I have decided not to return to this Wendy's in the future.

I have come to this Wendy's on many occasions as it is around the corner from my place. I am not one to complain, but everytime I have gone my order has always been wrong. Today I also ordered a Baconator and paid almost 10 dollars for just a burger. I have worked in this industry for over 9 years and can get a meal for almost that price in a full service restaurant. When I asked the girl about it she was incredibly rude. Get some new staff. Chill on your prices.

Never write these things, but I visited here yesterday and the staff member serving me was so pleasant and efficient. 3 PM...ish on Sunday the 7th. This lady was terrific and courteous . Didn't get her name but she was working the drive thru and would like to thank her for going into work that day. I thanked her then and thanks again!

Usual friendly Wendy's, the few dishes we ordered were fresh and hot. They even gave me a few extra dressing upon request.
