What stood out the most was the exceptional service. Our server (I didn’t catch his name) was incredibly passionate, almost like he might own the place, and he took great pride in the menu, helping us have the best dinner experience possible. On Saturday, they’ll have live music featuring an accordion player, which adds to the charm! Trust me, you need to check out this place. The food is on par with the best restaurants in Hoboken and Jersey City, and the service and atmosphere are unmatched. Oh, and it's roughly $20 per plate! It made for an amazing evening.

Absolutely outstanding in every aspect! I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of both the food and the service. All the reviews are accurate; this is indeed a fantastic restaurant. I highly recommend visiting!

I visited this restaurant for Valentine's Day and made a reservation for 7:30. However, I wasn't served until nearly an hour later. We waited an hour for our appetizer and then another hour for the main course. In total, we spent four hours at the restaurant! It was quite excessive!

Excellent Restaurant, upscale with great service, amazing food taste and great atmosphere. Professional staff that makes you feel at home right from when you get there, attentive and friendly. I will highly recommend and we will definitely visit next time thank you gallo nero team

Went here for New Years Eve, two days ago. Although the food was great, the service from the owner/manager not very welcoming at all. We felt like we were a bother to him. They advertised a package without being clear on the options and what it all entails or doesn't. Need to advertise a little better to avoid the confusion my boyfriend and myself experienced that night, which made the whole night and dinner very uncomfortable. Needless to say, there are plenty of better options for Italian food out there, where my business is appreciated. I will never step into this place or any of your other establishments because your customer service is poor. Thankfulky two of your servers Jose and another gentleman, were the reason we ended up staying and not walking out that night. They went above and beyond to repair the treatment from manager. But this was my last time here.
