Bidra med feedbackI cannot recommend this store at all. After waiting an hour, the driver sat in his car for another 20 minutes while my wife tried to wave him down. I called the store for assistance, and the staff were some of the most unprofessional I've ever encountered; they showed little concern and even hung up on me. The manager was even worse—refusing to answer the phone and letting his employees take the blame. After a long ordeal and ultimately canceling the order, the driver delivered cold food despite me informing him that the order was canceled. He just dropped it off and drove away quickly. I've made it my mission to discourage anyone from using Domino's until someone from corporate reaches out to discuss making improvements at this store.
I waited over two hours for a bread bowl, which turned out to be incredibly small and filled with onion skins. After an hour and a half of waiting, I called to check on my order and was put on hold for 20 minutes before getting hung up on. The customer service was terrible, and overall, I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant!
The food was satisfactory, but the wait time for pickup was frustrating. The restaurant seemed somewhat disorganized, and I'm not sure if it was due to a technological issue or human error. The whole idea of contactless pickup, along with a pie pass, should allow customers to walk in and grab their orders quickly without having to wait. That's how it was advertised. If they can't manage that service, they shouldn't offer it.
I placed an order online and didn?t realize that I didn?t have cash. I called the store and some young girl answered she told me I couldn?t pay with my card over the phone and before I could asked another question she hung up on me. When I called her backshe told me that because someone walked in to pick up that my order wasn?t as important so she hung up. When I asked her nameshe refused then when I asked to speak to a supervisor another young girl got on the phone after explaining to her what happenedshe blew me off as if my money didn?t matter. Very poor service and extremely unprofessional. I will never order from them again
Took twice the estimated time. Spent 17 MINUTES doing a ?quality check.? Ended up getting a buffalo chicken pizza with about 1 tablespoon of Buffalo sauce on it. Parmesan twists were good, though, and my box was delivered undamaged. So I guess that?snice? I didn?t complain on phone or email or anything, but they sent an email to me that said ?We let you down. Let us make itup to you with a great deal. Click the button below for a special offer.? You click on the ?claim offer? link, and it takes youto the HOMEPAGE OF THE APP! There?s no deal, they just want you to keep ordering food. LOL ???? Weird.
