Scala Pastry - North Brunswick

Flew East from Southern California (where nobody knows how a real cheesecake tastes) to entertain my older aunt helpers at One Steep...Kathy offered at the tea site (clean name) to pick up the best cheesecake and serve this 73-year-old Italian coal ever tasted...we could continue to enjoy it half as my aunt...and I had a yen for this cake ever since... Does anyone have any ideas to get my Italian cheesecake to me in SoCal anytime soon?

My Friend Mary K, who told me about SCALA BAKERY, in North Brunswick and their REAL RICOTTA CHEESECAKE, when I told her if I had to eat one more Cream Cheese CheeseCake, I might hang myself, It had been years since I had a REAL ITALIAN RICOTTA CHEESECAKE and I had given up on trying to find one in my area.

I travel over 100 miles to appreciate the wonderful experience that Scala provides. However, your birthday cakes are not up to par!
