This a fairly new location on Route 1 North Brunswick NJ. It is very clean and the staff was friendly. I placed my order in the app and then picked it up. The app was easy to use and it's nice that your able to order the amount of condiments you would need. So I would visit again.Food: 5/5
The worst wendys to order from. Twice they forgot my 4 piece nuggets and this time I didn't recieve my fries or 4 piece nuggets plus the food quality went down.Food: 1/5
The staff was somewhat slow, though I did visit fairly late at night. I ordered a biggie bag, but the fries were cold—typically, they're warm to the touch, but these felt more like they were at room temperature. The woman who took my order at the drive-thru sounded a bit tired, which is understandable considering the late hour. Overall, my experience was average. I rated it three stars due to the cold fries and the lack of initiative from the staff when it came to taking our order.
I made an effort to be polite and courteous during the interaction, using "please" and "thank you," hoping they would honor my requests. However, once I got home, I was disappointed to find the burger was dried out and shriveled. The potato had no sour cream or butter, and my Dr. Pepper was flat. This experience was surprising to me, as other locations have provided better service in the past. It seems that customer service and retention aren’t prioritized in the training at the North Brunswick location. Overall, the service and food quality were underwhelming. I think I’ll be choosing McDonald’s from now on.
