Dunkin' - North Canton

Walked in to pick up an order, was never acknowledged, even as she was packaging the order right in front of me. Whatever happened to basic customer service?

Staff is nice and friendly. Donuts are consistently delicious. However, they are usually unable to complete my order without some substitutions for what I really want. But I?ll definitely return and I recommend this location

I usually command the app, then pick up thru in the drive. They are pretty fast, even if the line is long. Coffee is strong.

I had an amazing experience with the staff at this Dunkin'! They were incredibly friendly, extremely helpful, and provided exceptional customer service. They introduced me to new caramel products that I hadn't tried before and even assisted me in getting my cup. This was definitely one of the best experiences I've had at a local Dunkin'!

I've given this Dunkin' multiple chances since it's the closest one to my house and conveniently located by the highway, but I've finally reached my limit with this location. The customer service is terrible, the drinks are seldom made well enough to enjoy, and the hashbrowns are either soggy or taste like cleaning solution. The wait times are ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and go to Tremont or Starbucks instead.
