As a first-time vegan, I was blown away by the amazing food! I ordered the tacos with vegan sour cream, and they were fantastic! The customer service was excellent as well!

When I arrived, the signage was either blocked, unclear, or difficult to read. I had to ask how to place an order, and the younger girl at the register was quite rude and unhelpful. Thankfully, an older lady stepped in and kindly explained everything to me. The seating situation was also puzzling, as there were random children occupying the few tables available, making it hard for other customers to find a place to sit. I couldn’t understand why that was happening, which added to my confusion. As for the location, if you prefer a safe environment, this area is definitely not for you. I witnessed disturbing events, including a woman attacking a man in the street when I left, and someone even tried to steal my car. The nearby church had free bread outside, which visually emphasizes the issues in the neighborhood. If you're a long-time vegan with a refined palate, I recommend staying away. The food was incredibly bland and uninteresting. My two children, aged 6 and 9, and I couldn’t finish our meals; we could have prepared something better at home for less money. Another point that concerned me was the misleading signage claiming that all smoothies are vegan, yet some contain honey, which is not accurate. If you are vegan, be sure to ask which smoothies are truly honey-free. I really wanted to like this vegan-friendly establishment; we need more places like this. I recognize that effort has been put into it, but honestly, it just fell short. They apparently have another location that I haven’t tried yet. Maybe I would consider visiting that one, especially if it’s in a safer area. I hope this review is helpful!

Dellz has consistently provided fresh and delicious food! Everything is made to order, which is great. My only critique is that I wish the food could be served a little faster. Nonetheless, I’ll always choose to eat here. The aromas are absolutely out of this world! It's a fantastic spot! I usually go for the veggie tacos, lobster, or pizza.

AMAZING FOOD, Customer Service and atmosphere!! I tried the lucky bowl and it was packed with so much flavor and left me feeling completely full but I can 't wait to go back and try some of the smoothies and other food options. You don 't have to be vegan to appreciate fresh ingredients and great tasting food. They also added fish options for those that may want more protein.
