Hibachi Hut - North Charleston

I just had the colon soup, and I had higher expectations. Unfortunately, the flavor didn't appeal to me. My friend ordered the chicken and shrimp lo mein and said it was delicious. I would consider visiting again.

Absolutely amazing! The curry sauce was epic on my steak and vegetables! Presentation was great!

Still so wonderful when we started years ago. Still treated like family. My daughter and I had served the steak and shrimp lunch combo with rice and vegetables. Wonderful food at a good price.

Best dang Miso soup in the city. The staff is always nice and service is fast and tasty!

I tried the steak hibachi, which was cooked in teriyaki sauce, and the pork fried rice, which was generously mixed with pieces of pork and egg. At the tables, they provide squeeze bottles of white sauce and teriyaki, along with hot mustard upon request also in a squeeze bottle. The steak was cooked medium well and served in thin, cubed strips. Overall, the quality of the food was what I expected from a restaurant of this type—nothing particularly special. The staff was friendly, but it was evident that they weren’t fluent in English. I don’t think I’ll be returning soon, but I will likely visit another Hibachi Hut that’s not too far from me. However, it seems that they aren't related, as their menus and themes are different.
