Ihop - North Charleston

Great service, great food. The parking lot was a hot mess though and getting to the restaurant was a task too.

I didn’t give 5 stars because the wait time didn’t make sense. It wasn’t as busy as I’ve seen it yet it took about 40 minutes to get our food from the time we sat down. Our server Kirstin was amazing and we’ll always ask for her when we go. The hostess working today (1/30/23) is horrendous. It’s clear she doesn’t like her job.

Waited over 20 min to be served and eventually walked out because no one came

Stop at this IHOP as we was coming out of Charleston SC did not eat at this IHOP. WHY! The restaurant was dirty to me, don't know about the kitchen. Yes it known all restaurant is short of good help, these days or short of help these days but you need to keep up with cleanliness. I love to eat at IHOP BUT NOT THIS ONE! Hope this was just a one time event.

Ordered the Colorado omelet, and it didn't disappoint at all. It was hot, fresh, and tasted great. It's been a while since I dined at IHOP, and I will return. Customer service was great, although I ordered take-out. I can't remember the receptionist's name, but she was super friendly and I always appreciate great customer service.
