Subway - North Charleston

The service was quick and the restaurant was clean. Although there was a long line, two female employees worked very quickly and efficiently. The vegetables were fresh and beautifully presented.

The bread was warm and fresh, presenting a delightful and unique touch. The staff was engaged and seemed genuinely happy to be at work, which was evident in their interactions. When I noticed that one of the sauces I wanted wasn't available, my server promptly went to the back to prepare it for me. The cookies were also very fresh and delicious. For a chain that typically offers consistent products, the service here felt personal and joyful. It was refreshing to see such enthusiasm, especially when it’s common to encounter overworked and underappreciated staff in other places.

I enjoy this metro location at the Tanger Outlets in North Charleston because it's conveniently situated in the center of the outlet mall, making it a great spot whenever I'm craving a good sandwich. The staff is very friendly and efficient, ensuring that you get your sandwich quickly if you're in a rush. There's ample seating available, allowing you to relax and have plenty of space to move around. Overall, I've had a consistently positive experience at this restaurant.
