Ordered 10 Timbits to only get 9 and when I approached to let the girl know, she wasn’t even apologetic at all. It was as if I was inconveniencing her. My Ice Capp was an absolute mess. I must have used 5 or 6 napkins to clean my own cup from all the overflow. This person should be trained again or time to move onto another job.
Staff member at drive Thu window had to ask another staff member twice to make a drink while 3 other staff members stood there while one drew moustaches on their faces with a sharpie. At least 4 people behind me in drive thru: was there seriously not ANYTHING that these girls could prep for orders instead of drawing mustaches on each other?
Drivethru is always abysmally slow.Worst is the lack of attention. If your machines are broken (which can happen), practice some diligence in letting your customers know.Waiting 15 minutes in the drivethru to find out the debit machine is broken, and then still having to wait for the line to clear, is unacceptable.Getting upset with your customer for suggesting you put a sign at the entrance of the drivethru is also poor work practice.
Love standing in line with 4 other people, 2 people on drive thru, and a bunch of girls chatting and giggling in the side office.When finally making eye contact they hide behind the wall and giggle some more. Even the drive thru girls were staring at them most likely wondering why they were doing nothing while getting paid, like the rest of us were.Must be efficient for the owner to have a drive thru worker get pulled off to have to serve the front counter, I see now why the drive thru gets so many complaints.Cookie was stale at 6am, no decaf brewed so i have to get served this watered down garbage from the espresso machine, if its even decaf.Why is everyone one of these locations an absolute joke nowadays? Are the owners seriously proud of these businesses they run? Is corporate blind? What happened to the canadian staple we all know and love.Be ashamed. Seriously.Owners cant even be bothered to write a reply or take the criticism. Instead just the same copy paste bullcrap with phone number that get you nowhere. The last time I called and complained about my food getting dropped on the floor and then served to me, they responded with What do you want us to do about it? .
