Friendly's - North Haven

I've visited this restaurant a few times, and I've consistently found the service to be fast, efficient, and friendly. It's important to remember that we are still navigating a pandemic and dealing with workforce shortages. The servers, management, and chefs are doing their best in these challenging circumstances, so let’s show them some understanding. A big thank you to the manager, Nick, for making our visit enjoyable and attending to our needs—he was so pleasant! And I want to give a special shoutout to our waitress, Jen, who was AMAZING! She definitely deserves a raise!

I took my kids out for dinner tonight at Friendly, the first time in about a year, and we had a fantastic experience. The food and drinks arrived quickly and were exactly what we had ordered. Our waitress, Jennifer, was wonderful—very efficient and attentive without disappearing for long stretches, which we’ve experienced in the past. She was friendly and got our order spot on.

I visited this restaurant on March 27, 2022, and even though they forgot to include utensils in my takeout order, I was impressed by their dedication to customer service. The staff was always busy, but they kept smiles on their faces and moved quickly to ensure everyone was satisfied. I must highlight how attentive the manager, Nick, was to my needs; he truly stood out. He's an exceptional leader and manager, demonstrating kindness that I wish every manager would emulate. This location undoubtedly offers the best customer service! The employees were fantastic as well, always greeting me warmly and eager to help make my experience enjoyable. This has quickly become my favorite restaurant! Great job, Nick and team—keep up the excellent work!

I often come to friendliness with my family and the food is always good and comes out in time. We usually get the same waitress Jennifer who is amazing! She is very friendly and always checked to see if we need something! I recommend dinning and enjoy a delicious sunset!

This was my first trip to friendly’s in years. Didn’t love the food but our waitress was phenomenal! Destiny went above and beyond for our family. She was kind, patient, and accommodating. I didn’t like the pasta I originally ordered she took it off the bill and made sure my replacement was just the way I wanted. Destiny checked on us multiple times while we we there. Destiny was by far the best service we’ve received in a long time.
