Pattaya Cafe - North Highlands

I absolutely love the food and the owner—what a gem! We started coming here when my husband helped with the closure of McClellan AFB back in 2000-2001. I used to bring my teenagers here, and now that they’re 29 and 31, they still come to visit and tease us about it! This place truly felt like our family home away from home. Although we moved away in 2004, we’ve never forgotten our favorite spot. We’ve had the chance to return a few times over the years, but nothing has ever compared to this place.

It's a cozy little spot that may not look like much, but the food is amazing, especially the spicy dishes!

Love the owners! Be there for about two years! I was actually there today, stick rice, pad Thai, beef laab, papya salad, fishing wing, curry pork is what I order all the time! We do not even disturb the menu, the owner sees my wife and I and know the 6 dishes we eat, not including 3 pages sticky rice. I wish them nothing but success! I honestly have eaten 2 birthdays in a row there, no fancy Restraunt for my birthday Pattaya Café is perfect for me!!
