Excellent! Love going to shop and eat at Toto! Bargains and friendly people!

Had some pretty decent food. Was not expensive and was quick.

If your looking for a comfort food county cafe, Toto Cafe is the place to go. Nothing fancy, good people, good food, good service. Not too crowded but a steady flow of people, friendly staff, quiet enough to have a conversation. We had the chicken tenders (cooked right and filled us up). The price was right and no pressure to leave once we finished. Keep up the the good work Toto

I went there for breakfast and had the Hat Country roasted steak and eggs. It was very good and served in a generous portion. The service was excellent and prompt. I will definitely be back!

The waitresses were generally very efficient during our visit. They usually offer daily specials, which is great. My kids and I really enjoyed the BLT club, and I personally liked the Reuben sandwich as well.
